Submit completed test scripts
This page is part of the Arena experience. It is only for uploading completed test papers after learners have written.
Before you upload
Important
The expected number of pages will be confirmed by the organisers.
If you upload fewer pages, you can still submit, but the system will warn you to check that nothing is missing.
Please upload the full completed test for the selected team. Make sure every written page is included.
If the test was printed double-sided, scan or photograph both sides of every page.
Best option: physical scanner PDF
- Collect the full completed test script.
- Check that all pages are in the correct order.
- If pages are double-sided, scan both the front and back of each page.
- Use the scanner’s PDF option where possible.
- Before uploading, open the PDF and check that every page is readable.
- Make sure pages are not upside down, cut off, too dark, or blurry.
Phone scanner app
- Use a scanner app such as Microsoft Lens, Adobe Scan, Google Drive Scan, or your phone’s scanner.
- Scan one page at a time in good lighting.
- Check that the app has not cropped off any writing.
- Scan both sides if the test is double-sided.
- Save everything as one PDF if possible.
- Open the PDF on your phone and check that you can clearly read the writing.
Camera photos
- Use this only if you cannot scan.
- Place the paper flat on a table.
- Use bright lighting and avoid shadows.
- Take the photo directly above the page, not from an angle.
- Make sure the full page is visible on your screen.
- Check that the writing is not blurry before uploading.
- Take a photo of every side of every page.
Final check
- The correct team is selected.
- The full test is uploaded.
- All pages are readable.
- All pages are the right way up.
- Both sides are included if the test was double-sided.
